All Points Home Inspection’s goal is to inform and educate purchasers as to the current condition of their property. We strive to convey pertinent information concerning the home in its proper perspective as to its age and location in comparison to other similar properties. We offer experienced, professional home inspections in 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Our pre-purchase inspections include a very detailed inspection of the structure and mechanical systems, followed by a comprehensive on-site 8 or 15 page user friendly report which also covers life expectancies and prioritized repair cost estimates over the next 3 years.

All Points is a Registered Home Inspector, and a founding charter member of both the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. All our inspections exceed the “Standards of Practice”© guidelines. We certainly encourage purchaser participation during the inspection, and remain available for any questions you may have following the inspection.
